Transport Administrator

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary c£23,400-£28,000, Depending on Experience, plus Excellent Benefits.

Are you an experienced Transport Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced setting?

Join our team here at Calor and play a key role in fostering a positive safety culture and promoting accountability.

You’ll work closely with onsite vehicle workshops and the Transport Planning team to ensure efficient vehicle routing. Additionally, you’ll handle customer complaints related to transport, report transport incidents promptly in line with protocols, reconcile all loads accurately, and oversee driver debriefs while keeping master data updated.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• A commitment to safety, compliance, and a willingness to learn
